This DVD/VHS shows the contrasts in this metropolis of
Mexico. After a brief historical background of the city, we
visit the cathedral and then see some of the murals of José
Clemente Orozco, in the Government Palace and at the
Hospice of Las Cabañas. We review the story of the Virgin
of Zapopan as we visit that famous shine. Later we visit
Libertad Market and then a modern shopping center. In
Tonalá we stroll through the market and see some of the
pottery that makes that town famous. We take leave of
Guadalajara in Mariachi Plaza with the playing and singing
of the famous song "Guadalajara."
